it will not start anymore i have changed the plugs and timing belt new battery etc. i am looking for a reasonable place in the atlanta vacinity

What year? how many miles?Have you checked the engine for compression? First thing get that done. If the compression pressures are good then think about $ dollars, bucks and get a toyota mechanic or take it to Lexus.

i sugest you go to a lexus dealer they always know what there doing beacause there working with the cars there experienced with

all those things dont matter.....just take it to the dealership....lexus OR toyota or a local mechanic
