Loss of balance; uncontrollable walk to one side.
Might be a doctor visit tomorrow, since I am aware from my research that this is recommended for this symptom.

Answer: Went to the doctor, and it appears that I have Vertigo, or dizziness. The term vertigo refers to the sensation of spinning or whirling that occurs as a result of a disturbance in balance (equilibrium). It also may be used to describe feelings of dizziness, lightheadedness, faintness, and unsteadiness. The sensation of movement is called subjective vertigo and the perception of movement in surrounding objects is called objective vertigo.

it's usual to be a bit sick after a flu shot. really it's just giving you a little bit of flu to make u a little bit sick now so you don't get really sick at another time. dizziness is standard flu symptom, but so dizzy you're falling over sounds like u got it bad. see doctor if you don't get better.

I've gotten very mild flu-like symptoms from the flu shot (body aches, headaches, nausea, fatique) but never dizziness. You are wise to get it check out.

Perhaps you are having an allergic reaction to something in the shot. I would get medical attention ASAP.
