Look at family members of your sex and see how tall they are.
Genetics plays a very big role in height! Ask your Mum how tall you were at 2-3 yrs old. Then double it. Or use Mum + Dad heights doubled + 2 ins. Both will give a fairly good estimate!

If there was an accurate measurement at age 24 mos of age, double that height. That should be your final adult height.

apparently, it's your mothers and fathers height combined, then halfed, +4cm.

So average of your parents height, plus 4cm

Is good indicator, however im more than 4 cm taller than both parents, but its not far off.

i read you add your dads height and your moms height and divide it by 2.
