7) ironically Hitlers next conquest was the invasion of Poland. But at the same time he didn;t want to fight a war at both ends, since he thought that the soviets would side up with polish.

it really is tricky to pin it all the way down to 4 motives, as there have been many, many factors at paintings. The 'authentic' reason replaced into the assassination of the Duke. surely, this replaced into only the flashpoint. Expansionism replaced into one reason - Germany replaced into in approach of soaking up Prussia and Austria, and needed extra territory. Politics and economics were yet an extra reason. The previous alliances were no longer as agency as they once were. And there have been new alliances to style with international locations which contain the U. S. (even with the actuality that they were indirectly in contact interior the conflict till 2 years after it all started) and potential brokering between the important international powers.

What brought Hitler to power in Germany was the fault of the allies after the 1st. ww. We made Germany pay for the war, and we took away their colonies. the german people suffered terribly because of this. When Hitler came along and proved that he could make them a world power again to them he was like a messiah. he regained their colonies and made them once again the super power that he promised . He also created full employment and a good standard of living. This is just a brief outline.

The great depression in the 30's was global, not just a phenomenon in the US. Anytime you have a significant part of the population that feels disenfranchised or like they are getting the "short end of the stick", the seeds are sown for political unrest. These conditions made it possible for the Nazi party to come to power, and made scapegoating of an entire religion possible as well.

Pearl Harbor was attacked, we were into it with Japan, We were aiding England with their war with Germany with war goods, Hitler then declared war on us, this is putting it simply, but this is the way it happened, I was 7 years old when pearl Harbor was attacked and witnessed the war on radio and through the papers, almost all domestic goods were rationed, a thing that is hard to imagine this day!
