i asked this girl on wed to go out this weekend and it was her idea to go see stranger then fiction. on friday she said she still wanted to go and as we started to leave class i didnt say anything and she asked if i had her number than gave it to me. i told her id text her today to see if she wanted to go.
i texted her at like 3 and at 5 she texted me back saying, sorry she couldnt go cause her mom wanted her to go shopping.
i texted her back and said ok see you.
should i text her again right now and say something like "would you be able to go another time"?
Or what should i say?
Or should i just wait until monday and she what she does cause i dont know if she stood me up or really had to go.
girls what should i do and say? What about when monday comes around?

Call her and ask if she can go tomorrow afternoon. I thin texting when you just asked someone out is impersonal. My husband, when I first met him, didn't have texted me for the first few months. I personally think it's a little rude, from a female being courted, perspective.

Whatever you do don't text her back. If she wants to hook up, she will get in touch with you. I would give her 3 days max then go out with someone else, preferably someone she knows.
Don't let this girl lower your confidence; you don't want to be with someone like that anyway. Think about it, she blew you off to go shopping.

Calm down. Text her back & say you'll take a rain check. On Monday just ask "what's up?" Let her have her space & she'll respect you.

sure text her back..maybe her mom was uncomfortable about the movie thing...ask if she would like to hang at the mall and do a little holiday shopping instead...or lunch..skating etc

You know, girls are kinda different when it come to things like this. Some girls want boys that are anxious and impatient, and some other girls want boys that are patient with them.Maybe, just maybe she said that to tease you, maybe she wants u to be anxious and go like "come after shopping even if it's just for 5 mins" or something like that. but is she really had to go shopping, then you have to be patient with her cuz that's Wat she wants.
