I think school enrollment should be based on the racial makeup of the district. We have seen ludicrous examples where schools in an all-white neighborhood are forced to have black students bused in, and where schools in all-black neighborhoods are required to have token white students bused in. All of this is so ridiculous as to defy belief, and does nothing to help anybody out and just makes victims out of some.
Problems are caused by stupid, vote-grubbing politicians and racist, self-serving activists.

Should be terribly difficult, since Mayor Nagin wants his Chocolate City, most of the whites have left.
