Revenge and jealousy are bad things to invoke in others. There is nothing to gain but, more negativity. You should find someone you have honest feelings for at the right time.
Regardless if you are looking for someone attractive a large social event is where to look such as clubs or concerts. I'm guessing you are too young they do have all ages nights at some places.
You should find someone based on personality more so looks.

i see a lot of hot guys at the mall (abercrombie/hollister), movies, and clubs. Sometimes you can find a cute guy at flower nurseries, they could be there with their mom!
