Not if your Catholic. Catholics have the Communion of Saints. We are all together at every Mass. Weather Christians from other denominations join us at the end of time is something for the Lord to judge.

No, the resserection of them in perfect form occurrs upon salvation. This means that the physical body will have to develop fully into Nirmanakaya form as in Buddhism. Most Christians dont know the differences. To attain eternal glory is to transcend impermenance where the three kayas are perfected. Christianity is really supposed to be an example of how everyone is supposed to cultivate compassion as Jesus did, not idolize him and deny that one can't do it. Let me presently use this analogy here. Death is like a cocoon.
Before the cocoon of death, we are in a mortal perishable body. After the cocoon of death, we are in a spiritual body. So are we separated by death? In my opinion, no.
