from what ive heard unsalted peanuts are very healthy for you

many aslo belive that the almond which is rich in nutrients and vitamin E is the healthiest.

They're also rich in arginine, which the human body uses to make a potent natural vasodilator.

pistachios are also very healthy and taste good too you can buy these almost anywhere in large packs sometimes i get "addicted" to these and eat them by the pack

pistachios.org says that eating about 1.5 grams of these a day is good for dieting but u can go over that withougt much to worry about

so basically the healthiest nut is either the pistachio or the almond

walnuts to are very healthy indeed normally i like to roast emm to get that crucnh i love there Very well filled in vitamins and taste good too

so basically the healthiest nuts are pistachios, almonds, and walnuts

hope i helped

Almonds are up there as between the terrific nuts. that's a source of calcium. All nuts are super sources of unsaturated fat. No nuts have ldl cholesterol. ldl cholesterol is merely from animal sources like milk, meat and eggs. Macademia nuts have the utmost quantity of fat. Cashews are up there as greater fat, too. you may desire to remember what a serving length of nuts is. this is fantastically small, like around one million/4 cup or a handful. in case you consume so lots extra advantageous than that, you would be eating a lot of fat, that could reason wt benefit.

1. Walnuts

When it comes to nuts, the walnut is the king. It's a great source of the healthy omega-3 essential fatty acids, which have been found to protect the heart, promote better cognitive function, and provide anti-inflammatory benefits for asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, eczema and psoriasis.

They are not very flavourful, but I ate soy nuts during my diet. No cholesterol and little to no fat. Sodium was not as bad as other nuts I have eaten.

You can't beat peanuts for protein, tho they are technically not a nut, but a legume.
