This is the third time in the last hour I've answered this question... I am beginning to understand GetEm... but it is a good question, no matter how many times it is asked. So, once again...

Firmly but gently (Gently enough to not hamper breathing, but firmly enough that your pup knows he's being corrected) hold the muzzle shut and tell him in a strong voice "NO BITE". You can stop him biting you that way, but as for the other dogs, they're going to have to work it out on their own... its a dominence thing.

Say firmly to him "NO" and take what ever it is he is biting away from him, if that doesn't work give him a soft small bone to chew on it will teach him that the bone and his toys are what he's supposed to bite not u and the other dog's he may also think the bone tastes better than the finger...again my puppy does the same thing but we say no and he backs off instantly DON'T EVER HIT YOUR PUPPY it may traumatize him/her to where they will be afraid of you and everything else and he/she may take it aggresevly like most dogs i'm sure we've all come across

Your puppy is teething. She doesn't realize that she is hurting you this is how she played with her littermates. What I did with my pup when she was 12 weeks and biting is pull my hand back when she would bite it then look her directly in the eye and firmly tell her "no bite" she quickly learned what "no bite" meant. Now at 4 months she rarely bites and when she does it just takes a firm "no bite" to remind her that is unacceptable. The other thing I taught her was "switch" when she was chewing on something that she shouldn't I would remove it from her mouth and replace it with a bone or toy and tell her "switch". She now knows "no bite" and "switch" and obeys on command.

Everytime he bites say 'No' in a calm but firm voice. If he does tie him up and sit in a corner for a little bit. When you tell him to stop and he does, reward him with a treat. NO HITTING OR YELLING AT THE PUPPY. If he is teething, then go buy him some toys (especially since it's almost christmas) and have fun playing with him.

Stop reacting to his biting. Pretend you don't even notice it. Puppy's also bite because they're teething. Don't react to his bitting, just quickly replace whatever he's biting with a chew toy.

Good Luck!

A 9 week previous dogs has 0 theory of what's ideal habit. NONE it is an toddler with tooth. Her breed has not something to do with this habit. it rather is a domestic dog gaining information of to be a domestic dog and taking part in the only way she knows how. purchase a sturdy e book approximately elevating a domestic dog. examine it. whilst she gets mouthy, tell her no and provide her some thing ideal to chew on - a nylabone or a kong. compliment her whilst she performs together with her toys. tell her no whilst she is biting something. There's many things you can do. You can pick up a bottle of bitter apple at the pet shop and spray him in his gums when he bites. If this doesn't work, put him on his back(sign of dominance) and hold him down until he stops. You don't have to put all of your wait on him, just hold him so he can't move(this is what the mother will do to put her puppies in check).

He's not biting, he's teething. There's a difference. If he's not biting people or other dogs, he's going to chew your couch, shoes, and anything hard and plastic. His gums are beginning to swell as his teeth come in. They chew to relieve the discomfort. Give him ice cubes, or another trick is to get a damp wash cloth, and freeze it for 30 min, and let him chew on that. It relieves the discomfort and swelling.

what you can do is hold its mouth for 5 seconds and keep on saying "NO BITING" or you can take the skin on the back of its neck and say "no biting. Don't worry...this doesn't hurt the dog

I'll bet that your puppy is teething and just needs something to chew on. Get him one of those rope toys to play around with and tap/ gently flick him on the nose when he bites you. Get him lots toys to chew on, especially those giant bones. good luck!
