what should I say or what are good conversation pieces.?

i just started talking to a girl over the phone who i was hooked up with by another friend who works with her. I've never seen or talked to the girl before and i am wondering what makes for a good conversation. and whats a good time and place or situation to meet her in.

ask her all type of questions about herself and when she answers them you give your answer as well so she will not feel like you being noisy and just want to know about her.... ask her what is her favorite things to do i been doing this for years God bless

Ask her about herself. Do a group date like bowling with friends.
