After doing some Windows security updates, when I try to copy and paste text from yahoo mail account, word 2000 will not respond. It just hangs up and crashes. I can still copy and paste anything else with no problem- only issue is text in yahoo mail. I've done all available Office 2000 updates, run a scan for errors, run all virus scans, etc. The only common denominator seems to be it was after some Windows updates. Any ideas for a fix?

I think yahoo changed some formatting causing this to happen.

Ok , yes , the office updates , have a new security patch that covers the wepages copying , accessing and editing , Now since you cant back track the update i suggest do this , instead of selecting and copying to word just save the page in TXT and open it in word if that dosent work then save the page and open it in word
