The world commercialize Christmas.
Yes, many people are out of control.
Children today ,have no clue what NO means.
We as parents are failing our children.We need to teach giving not receiving.
My daughter was taught to give to others expecting nothing in return.She is teaching her children the same.
When I was a child-it was fruit and nuts in the stocking,
the presents where things needed.Maybe a fun gift.But we where thankful for what we received.

That is just the brain washing that has been going for a long long time now. The event should be called Christmercialize. The human society has been brain washed to buy buy and buy, to make the merchants richer who in turn spend more money to promote their commercialism. I dare you to ask a young person or any person what is Christmas. You would do very well if the person or persons you ask would answer that Christmas was when Jesus Christ was born according to the Christians. It is not about iPods and Wii or any materialistic things.

It's a good time to make profit. People are buying gifts, people are supplying gifts. It's about supply and demand. It's not so much people that are commercialising it, it commercialises itself.

we do not need to commercialize christmas, the tv makes the kids want everything that they see.
