you should be able to. http://undelete-plus.com make sure you recover it fast before it gets overwritten
When you delete a file your computer is wriring that space as free space so something will write on top of it.
The longer you deleted it the more likely the file might be overwritten. If you just deleted it you should be able to recover it.

well unless you have some complete expert on computers that nos how to hack into hard drives and access back up files otherwise u dont have a hop well... there might be hope if u have this "file" made by a programme ,it should have backup files but if it was a document your f*****

i think there are programs that can "undelete" files. i forgot the name but i do know they only work for a particular time period... ie. if too long since you deleted it then you can't retrieve anymore.
