well i like this guy names austin.. he's really sweet to me and i've never meet anyone like him.. i am only 13 but my b-day is march 3rd... and he jst turned 17 last weekend.. i know he is older.. but i really like him.. right now he goes to muskogee.. and i go to a totally diff. place by okc.. he said in 2 years he is coming to okc and hopefully me and him will still be talking. i don't know if the age should bother me.. but i don't want it to.. i talk to him all the time and have feelings 4 him.. actually i tried not 2 @ 1st but he grew on me.. and he respects me, he's still a virgin and he knows i am 2.. i don't plan on doing anything like that with him. and he knows that. i just dont know weather if i should date him or not when he gets to okc.. right now he meens alot to me.. he's kindof emo and wants to get a lip ring but he's got a good heart and i see it..he's most deff. the kind of guy i could see myself dating... but i need your help.

You know honey, 2 yrs of waiting for him to come to okc is a llllllllllooooonnnngggggggg time from now. Keep him as a friend, cuz long distance romances don't last! Plus, you're a little too young to be dating anyone!! Let alone someone who is 17! I wouldn't be letting you date anyone his age if I were your mother! Stick to people your age, stop worrying about dating anyone right now, have fun becuz life will come along fast enough and then you won't have time to enjoy much! Don't settle yourself down at this age. You have plenty of time to do that much later in your life!

I wouldn't reccomend it because he's way too old for you and by the time he moves to where you are, he'll be ninteen and above the legal age limit to date you. Besides, he'll be moving to college in a year and you'll probably never see each other again.

i myself am dating a younger person, i'm 20 and she is 17. I really dont think that age matters as you long as you too love each other. Also me and my girl made a promise that we would not have sex until we either got married or well there is no or cause im gonna marry thi girl someday! :)

i would, i think that as long as you're under or right at the difference of years between your parents you're perfectly fine. also, if your parents say anything about him, and the age difference is less than theirs you can say "but me and him are closer in years than you guys"
