Yes. I'm pretty sure that you won't be breaking any laws if you substitute fruit juices for alcohol, with the possible exception of the State of Texas and Washington D.C.

Not sure I understand your question. Alcohol substitutes? Do you want something that will have the same effect on the human mind and body, or just something that tastes like alcohol? Alcohol is a depressant, so any sort of prescription that is a depressant would work. As for the taste, you can always get a non alcoholic beer like O'Douls (sp).
