I have this friend (a girl) who i really like, we agreed to go to a dress up party and we got together twice in the past 2 weeks. She was really friendly with me both times we met, we went around the city, ate lunch together and on the second time she helped me dye my hair at her place and made me lunch. However on the night of the party, we were dressed identically, but for some reason, she kept her distance from me and gave attention to this other guy. It felt like i was being ignored by her and the other guy caught on to my game and tried to cut me off subtly (like he would interupt when i was talking and ask about something), i asked her about the guy and she laughed and said 'doubt anything will happen' and when i talked to her afterwards, she said that she was taking pictures of everyone so she was busy that night and that she was sorry. So what do you think of this? If you were in my situation, how would you react?

You really need to find out if she likes you at all. You don`t want to worry about it too much if she has absolutely no interest in you at all.

Just tell her how you feel and let it go from there.
