I work in the same office with this hot guy and we kinda flirt w/ one another. He says stuff like "If you wern't married and I wasn't gay" Well he knows I'm not married & I know (4 a FACT) he's not gay. He tells me I smell good, we look n each other's eyes when we talk 2 each other. He is casually seeing his ex-girlfriend (who lives in another town about 2-3 hours from where we are) & I want 2 tell him I really like him & I want 2 b w/him. How do I tell him. I feel that he likes me but he could just b acting really sweet & that's it. Im so crazy about him, I think about him night & day. I asked him out w/me & a couple of my friends but he didn't show. I don't know if its because the weather was really bad that night or becuase he had to wake up at 4am the next day, & that's why he could not make it. But I feel something (n my soul) so strong w/him. My job does NOT have a "can't date employee rule". What 2 do. Should I tell him meet me for coffee cause I need 2 talk 2 him??????

hi,
just forget the "need to talk to you" part, it's a bit scary.
But asking him out for a drink afterwork is a good idea. If he declines your offer then just act casual and say "well, maybe another time then." See how it goes from there. Just relax and talk. there's no issues here, and nothing much at stack at the end of the day, you would have shared a moment together. Sometime, it's all it need to "get the ball rolling"!
best wishes honey.

Hey your job doesn't have a no date employee rule so you better go for it w/this guy! if you don't you'll be missing out on something and think about what would have happened the rest of your life you don't want that. He probably didn't show up that night because of the weather so don't take that personally. If you are this crazy about a guy do not wait to tell him how you feel, if you wait he could move on to another girl. And for the comments he makes "if you weren't married and I wasn't gay" That toattly means he likes you! You need to ask him out for coffee!Good luck!

Asking him to go hang with you and some friends was a good start. Maybe just keep on asking if he wants to go hang out after work at a bar or something, then casually tell him that you have feelings for him.

Let's begin with his "casual" relationship with his ex-girlfriend. Why is he seeing her? Ex usually means Ex, but he's not letting go. Is it just for sex? If it is, then he's not worth it. He's flirting with you and not pursuing you. If he actually is waiting for you to make the "first move" then I think you should TRY VERY HARD to keep your distance. It's like he's throwing out a fishing line and waiting for you to bite. Then he'll reel you in and he'll have all the control and you'll be kissing his butt. You don't need a guy like that.

Wait till the divorce is finalized. you do not prefer to start something with somebody and then on the final minute they comprehend they are able to't stay without their spouse. particular in case you start up relationship after his divorce you have a wager. basically as much as absolutely everyone else does. that may not a brilliant hazard yet extra suitable than no hazard in any respect in case you fairly think of you care approximately him.

You made excuses for him for not showing up on your date, but what was his excuse?
Don't you think that you should moved on with your life and date someone else who will surely show up next time?
