If you have kissed him before then he likes you enough to make out...just make out with him he wont give unless he's emo.
If you have not kissed him before, kiss him, and dont be afraid to ask, usually the only thing us guys want is to make out!

Have you kissed him before? What my girlfriend did the first time we made out is she kept rubbing my hand when we were holding hands until I looked up at her, then we were looking into eachothers eyes... We kissed like we normally did, but she put some tongue in, and we sorta took turns, and it just kept on going! If you haven't kissed him yet, then I'd wait until you have kissed him a couple of times before you do that...
