Most definitely YES! All children are beautiful, but look at this child's awesome complexion and pouty lips. It's just sad that she is wearing such a forlorn expression on her beautiful lil' face :(

I don't think anyone can say no, its adorably delicious!
There are not enough words or enough characters in the english language to say how beautiful that picture is. The eyes of that child have a look that is sad child's innocent face though. Its kind of a sad beauty to it as well. Its almost like mona lisa's smile.

Yes. I must add that I can find something beautiful in everyone's appearance and personality. I truely feel everyone is beautiful. If you are asking this question because you are thinking of adopting him or her, I must tell you that it's not best to choose a child on appearance alone. You can if you want, but I don't suggest it.
