I got perfect teeth but when I smile not much teeth shows, I want my smile large. Is there any surgery or anything out there??

well, a cap or crown could be put on them,,,, to make them longer, but if your teeth are healthy, im not sure i would advise it, because it involves filing your tooth down to fit the cap on,,,,, do talk with a dentist, the type that does cosmetic denistry,, there may be something out there to help,,

You need to have a consult with cosmetic dentist. If you have some kind of jaw deformity that the surgery may be necessary; not otherwise. In order to achieve your desire of dream smile, try making yahoo or google search for: hollywood dream smile designing dentists. Good luck.

Somewhere there's a plastic surgeon who'll do almost anything you want for the right price. But please be careful. Make sure you do extensive homework and find the very best one you can afford. Plastic surgery can be a prayer answered in many cases. But with the wrong doctor, it can also become a nightmare you might have to live with the rest of your life.
