my cats ears are really dirty. ive tryed cleanin his ears but the dirt comes rite back. its black and alittle crusty. my friend said it might be ear mites. i have no idea what that is but.. doesnt anyone know what i can give my cat?

Hi there...your kitty has ear mites which needs to be seen by a vet to resolve the problem. Feline ear mites are highly contagious. In fact, cats can get them or share them with other animals as well. So, if any of your pets (including dogs, cats, or rabbits) have ear mites, you may want to treat all of them.

The best thing you can give your cat is a trip to his veterinarian to be checked for ear mites or an infections. Good Luck.

Ear mites, visit a vet, however, there is over-the-counter ear mite medication. I would prefer seeing a vet though.
