breakfast=shredded wheat and quaker oats almond cereal with skim milk, a piece of whole wheat toast with one teaspoon of peanut butter and sliced up banana
lunch=half a piece of whole wheat bread with a deck of card sized piece of chiken with lettuce and a thin slice of cheese
supper=half a piece of meat loaf, one spoonful of corn, one baked potato with one teaspoon of sour cream and chives one glass of skim milk
calories burned during exercise=600
how many cals did i eat and did i burn enough?

Nobody can tell you how many calories you consumed because it is dependent on portion size. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. By the way, you need to eat waaaaay more fruits and vegetables, especially if you want to lose weight! Cut out some of those carbs (cereal, toast, bread, corn, potato) and replace them with healthy fruits and vegetables!

On a guess, I would say you probably had 800 calories. It is very good that you burned more than half of them,
