can you take buggies(small birds) from canada to u.s for 10 days without a passport?

Sure you can. The biggest fear is always diseases like bird flu. so you have to sign a declaration that says your Budgies have been in your care, healthy and not in contact with other birds all for the last 90 days.

no i dont think so it would be a lot easier to ask someone to look after them while you are gone. then you wont have to go through all of that trouble at the border. believe me...been there done that...got the t-shirt
