It's very staged and pointless. I can do a play by play:

1: The muzzle of that AK is pointed straight at the guy's stomach for a full second or two. Not a good idea.
2. Anyone dumb enough to try to hit you with the MAGAZINE shouldn't be too hard to take down anyway.
3. Why would someone try to club you with the stock from above their head when the rifle has a bayonet on it?
4. Half of the men bobbing and weaving with their pistols have their fingers inside the trigger guards with the weapons pointed at their comrades backs. Again, not a good idea.

After that, half looks like actual Systema/SAMBO but the other half is either trash or done too slow to leave me convinced.

The only time I used martial arts was when I got bored with my physical fitness routines and was hoping that it would be a more interesting way to get a workout.

You, You so funny, You, you so funny, you make me laugh long time!

I'm not in the military, but I've taken Karate...
I don't think that too many US soldiers are at all intimidated...just a hunch...,but some of those spetsnaz have some skills, you can tell the difference, it shows in their discipline and chi.

If you were truely any kind of Russian or martial arts expert you wouldn't have shown anything to staged and fake and represented it like anything but the poorly directed, scripted and acted propaganda it truely is.

it's great as a sport but when it comes to cutting up people and shutting off their blood to their brain, i dont' particularly enjoy killing humans.
