Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.

Be careful with some OTC teeth whiteners which might not let you choose where and how much to apply the whitener. My dentist warned me that she has patients coming in with problems because of such products, as they cause uneven whitening, and thus an unwanted shading on one's teeth..
I have tried a couple of teeth whiteners and the best are the Rembrandt products. The whitening pen is great, as you can apply it with ease, it doesn't taste bad, and it works! I would also advise that you try their whitening toothpastes, they work as well.

I have used several and they are all about the same. I spent a lot of money for so-so results. So I finally got my teeth professionally "zoomed" and they are perfect! This lasts for years! it was worth every penny. Godloveya.

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.
