I need a super loud horn for my Toyota Corolla so I can survive my daily commute to and from work.

If you use an electrical horn, similar to the type in the car, a Cadillac El Dorado is, without a doubt, the loudest production car horn. If you're considering an air horn, the horn from a train locomotive is as good as they get, (truck horns are a close second) but you'll need an air pump for it.

with the minor modifications involved you can install an air powered horn, that would give you the blasting effect of of a mack dump truck. check into trucking accessory catologs, they are not that expensive.

you can get electric air horns that have their own tiny compressor and sound like a big rig, also canned horn, like they use on boats or at ball games :)

Depends on your engine power. I once hooked up an American truck horn to my 27HP Citroen 2CV, and when I used it, the engine would stall...
