We have been talking marriage and he will be here in 2 weeks to visit.I am very excited and he doesnt want to live in NY anymore and we are very prayerful about everything and he'd move here in a heartbeat though I want to move in southern cali(san diego)better opportunities.I only moved to Sac because of loosing my home in Hurricane Rita and wanted to start off here in Cali at a slower pace and its been a blesing here and everyone has been good to me espcially my job.With God in this I know the best is yet to come!

They are the people that have never had one or else they did have one and it didn't work out. I had a long distance relationship for 2 1/2 years. It's didn't work out in the end but I actually think we would have broken up sooner if we lived near each other! (It took me a longer time to find out he was a jerk) It's not something I think I would ever walk into again but I wouldn't necessarily break it off with someone if they had to move. I would never end a relationship just because it might not work in the future. I'd never be in one if I did that.

They can work, but here's why they usually don't. At some point, one of you will have to make a decision to move. If you have known each other for a long time then that is great, maybe it will work. If you have never lived in the same city together, then chances are someone will get cold feet...questioning whether or not they really really know the other person well enough to pick up and move across the country. That being said, sometimes it does work out. If you are in love with each other then go for it!

because those are the people that have never been in a long distance relationship!!! i've tried it before and it was great...but...sadly ...we are not really together...although we see one another from time to time...complicated...anyway, pay no attention to those people. and, be strong. it will work. :) best of luck!
