You might want to go to the doctor about that. Try going to the bathroom right before bed and not drinking anything around bed time.

The reality is that it happens, but there are things that you can do to try to help it. Like not drinking right before bed, or setting an alarm to get up and use the bathroom every couple hours. Eventually you wouldn't need the alarm to get up, you would just wake up every so often and you could empty your bladder whenever you wake up making it less likely to have an accident. Talk to a doctor to make sure everything is ok, but it might just be that you need to grow out of it. Until then continue wearing the "diapers" so that you don't have to worry about a wet bed.

I'm a female 26 yrs old and I just want you to know that sometimes it is genetics. I was 8 years old when I finally quit wetting the bed and my son is 6 and still has his little accidents. If you go to the washroom just 5 mins before bedtime and train yourself to wake up at least 2 times during the night you should see some improvement. And no drinking lots before you go to sleep. I only give my son a 1/2 glass water if he's thirsty at bedtime. And try to talk to the Doctor if you can. I know its embarassing but hey! It happens to lots of people they just don't want to admit it.

You are not as unusual as you may think. I was 12 before I stopped bed-wetting. My mother took me to see my doctor who gave me 'tablets' - which I suspect were placebos 50 years ago. I know of a young man who has to wear incontinence pads as amuch older teenager but I am not suggesting that your problems are the same.

You do really need to go and have a chat with your doctor who will be able to refer you. Please don't be embarrassed. It is quite common and may be so easily dealt with. Take heart. Seek help.

What you are experiencing is likely more common than you think it is. There are many reasons you can't control yourself. You need to get yourself fully checked by a urologist..(have your Dr make an appointment for you)..I went with a guy who at 28 still had problems because he was too embarrassed to go see a professional. They are use to seeing older people come in..that is their profession!

Don't let embarrassment hold you from finding help.
good luck to you.

Get your parents to take you to see a urologist and a chiropractor. Also, start taking DHA supplements.
