No! Wet's a good thing. When it's dry, you should worry. Usually when they're sick, they'll lick their nose a lot.

F you are involved on account that your canine has a heat nostril, in all likelihood, there's nothing to be worried about. This can be a long-established fallacy that vets mainly hear from their purchasers. While it should imply your canine is ill, it definitely way your canine has no longer lately licked or used his nostril for anything in specified, or it might imply he has spent lots of the day lounging about your residence. Many people falsely feel that a dog's nostril will have to constantly be bloodless and wet, however that is seldom the case. After dozing or resting, a canine quite regularly can have a heat and dry nose. If however, a canine has a heat and dry nostril over an extended period of time, this very good might indicate your canine has some health problems. On this case, it is first-class to take your dog to your neighborhood vet and let him check if there is a quandary. Extra more often than not than not, the first-rate gauge of your dog's wellbeing is your customary sense. In case your dog is by and large playful and loves playing tug-of-battle and other video games with you and is appearing torpid, almost certainly whatever is incorrect with him and a seek advice from to the vet is also required. Puppies are like humans in that when they run a temperature, it may be felt in their our bodies. If your dog feels scorching to the contact, it's very likely they are going for walks a fever and you're going to have to take action of some style to nurse them again to health. It can be a original fallacy that a dog with a heat nose is ill traditionally. Use your abilities of your pet and your customary feel to preserve your satisfactory friend in just right wellbeing so you can enjoy their manufacturer for a lot of, decades to come back.

Warm Nose?
I think he is too acidic. A high level of acidity (pH 4.5 or under)makes us lazy and tired, a low level of acidity (pH under 7 to 5) may make us irritable. You may want to measure the pH of urine and saliva with a square from a roll of pH paper and tweezers. 7 is neutral, over 7 is alkaline (I would say, like people, dogs should be alkaline, too, 7.5 for people), under 7 is acidic.

If he is acidic, I would give him wild rice mixed with some gravy (vegeatrian, may be), some vegetables and other alkaline-forming foods mixed with his regular dog food. Also a different dog food may be better for the dog. I always wonder why people think the packaged dog food is better for the dog than real food, on which the dogs have survived millennia with man. Dog food is certainly convenient, yet, it can be old, and some fresh food with it (in gradually increased amounts to avoid fast cleaning) should be good in my estimation.
