If you don't want to have sex with her because she's ugly or fat or something, then tell her nicely "No thank you, I think we should just get to know each other first." If you don't want to because of religious reasons. Just say "I want to wait til I'm married."
Now. If you do want to do it but it just doesn't feel right, say, "I like you but it's a little too soon." If she is just being a "ho" and that's not what you are into you need to just break it off gently. But as a person who was in the same position as the girl, I wanted someone but, they didn't want me. I suggest that you just leave her alone. She'll still want you if you ever would want to be with her one day.

Tell her that if she wants to go out on a date with you she will have to show you more respect. Sex is nothing more than what dogs can do. You are more than a dog. If that is all she wants out of a relation then she probably has some STD from being promiscuous.

I would tell her off.
If she wants to get laid that badly, she can find some other dog to beg at her feet.
If you sleep with her and go out on a date (if she even DOES go out on the date), you'll only realise how much of a b*tch she is and regret sleeping with her. And that feeling's no fun to have.

Run as fast as you can in the other direction. This girl has some kind of agenda. This girl will probably say she is on the "Pill" I would not believe her.
