INGREDIENTS
1 large onion, sliced
2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
Arrange onion slices evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker, and then place the roast on top of the onion. In a bowl, mix together water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce; pour over roast.
Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours.

CROCK POT PORK ROAST WITH VEGETABLES
1 med. pork roast
6 sm. carrots, sliced diagonally
6 sm. onions, whole
4 sm. tomatoes, whole
1 pkg. pork gravy mix
1 c. water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper pork roast. Put prepared vegetables around meat; sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix gravy mix, water, and pour over vegetables. Cook for about 10-12 hours on low in crock pot or about 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees

yes put it in there at 8 with tons of bbq sauce like a whole jar put on high around dinner time say 5 pm 10 mins before serving shredded the meat it should fall apart easily and let suck up juices and flavor then put the meat on buns

Ya, put some cream of mushroom soup (2 cans) and some veggies in there. Cook for 4-6 hours and it will be yummy

Sure you can. I cover mine with sauerkraut and some herbs and let it go on high for about 4 or 5 hours. Turns out great every time. Enjoy!

absolutely, there are tons of recipes on-line for that kind of thing. You can cook them in anything from apple juice to bbq sauce.
