If i see a girl in the street, on the bus or on the train or anywhere what is the best way to get her interested in me without sounding like a stalking pyscho or a liar.

Follow the 3 second rule: If you see a girl you might like, approach her and introduce yourself within 3 seconds before you have time to talk yourself out of it or coming up with something corny to say. Be natural. Don't lie to make yourself look good, just stick with points of honest interest. Don't use pick-up lines. Be funny. Don't compliment her too much, instead, make a joke, make her laugh. Women respond more to men that make the 'feel good' than to those that come off as trying to pick them up.

NO "Hey, howzitgoin'?" because all you're going to get is, "Fine." And then you're still going to have to come up with something to say and you'll back to sqare one.
Try asking her something like, "Can you help me? (Women love to help if it seems genuine) I'm trying to find a shop that my sister shops in but can't remember the name. Her birthday is next week and I have to get her something from there or she'll just return my present. Trust me, she does it every year."
Then give her the name that a shop sounds like. Say, "I think it's Wet Suit or something." She'll immediately know it's 'Wet Seal' and help you out!
If you get that far, start in on a conversation about fashion tips to help you pick something out for 'your sister'.
Oh and by the way, if you don't have a sister, and the two of you end up going out, you'll have a lie on your hands. So, before starting down that road, figure out which family member you're going to use!

Can't you find a better way to meet women? Do you go out in the evening? Pubs? Clubs? you know, the norm. If you have to resort to streets, buses, 'or anywhere' then I am afraid you will seem a bit of a desperado. Sorry, but it's true.

The best advice anyone can give you on this is.... To be yourself!!! I know that sounds generic, but it's true! If you are opena nd friendly, be that... if you are shy.. then so be it! Never try to be someone you're not. "hi" works just fine... it's not always your words... it's your body language! Smile and have open and accepting eyes... =oP Hope that helps

Yeah, Women don't really like those "stupid lines" that guys always think we do. If you want to say hello, that's probably the best way, everything else just come naturally.

Just strike up a conversation ... just don't say anything stupid though! easier said then done, ask her about herself girls like that and compliment her to let her know you're interested and from there get her number and take her out easy :)

just look her in the eyes and say something natural, u should be able to tell by her eye contact, if she wont look u in the eyes she may not find u attractive - or she may be shy so tread carefully. If u sense no affection whatsoever it may just be the fact that youre an ugly ****
