its on spanish and i need it to be on english

If you scroll down to the very bottom of the page there are some flags with names beside them, pick the country flag of the language you want your yahoo to be for exampl, pick the china flag with the country 'china' written beside it to have thelanguage changed to chinese, this works on yahoo answers but i do not know about the actual yahoo site

I think you mean a site where people discuss in English: look at the bottom of your window at Answers International and choose.
