You do not want to seem disinterested nor super aggressive (needy). If you got the number Friday, give her a call Monday night. If she is not there in early evening, try again later ONCE. Try again on Tuesday, leaving a message if you don't reach her.
Be sure not to call more than twice in one day because she'll think you are, at worst a stalker, at least she'll think you are desperate.

Call her now, but take hints. If you call her a couple times then wait for her to call you back. Don't pester her by calling over and over again. Ask her if she wants to get some coffee sometime. It's a very neutral and non-committal event that she will be more comfortable saying yes too.
