decide to move in for a good night kiss, you wrap your arms around him and his shirt in back is pulled up a bit and you realize he is wearing pantyhose under his pants, suddenly he asks you for a 2nd date the next night, do you decline thinking all the worst, or accept and not let him know you know about the pantyhose, or accept if he will answer your question about why hes wearing them ?

If I realized a guy was wearing pantyhose I'd ask him immediately what was up with that.
Unless he says they belonged to his dead wife and can't live without them, I'd probably continue to date him.... why the hell not!
Boys underwear is comfy!

What a weird situation. If I had the balls I would inquire about the pantyhose. If I liked the guy then I would go on another date and maybe ask later. If I didn't like him I wouldn't go on another date and wouldn't worry about the hose.

a man wearing pantyhose is not for me.
I would decline and if he asks why I would tell him the truth.
Very politely say that is not a life style that I am
wanting to be involved with.
It is find that you both have differences but for me that is a difference that I don't want to get to know anything about.

well knowing me I'd accept and then allow him to take me out again and ask openly about his pantyhose. Maybe he likes that they make him look slimmer, he could have isses with his weight, he could be a guy I could go to the gym with:) Look on the bright side!

if you have ever had anyone work on an oil rig or drilling rig during the cold winter . you would know why he wares panty hose . to hold in the body heat. but on a date . sorry i have no idea . unless it was as a joke of some kind to see if he could get away with it and see what your reaction would be . ask him

Oh I cannot believe it, but our cultures are different maybe you can agree for a second date and see what happens from there. A bit latter when you are used together you can get an explanation.

Well if I was the girl I would give him one more chance. Who knows maybe he is a dancer, but if he isn't and turns out to be something else.......well all you wasted was your time and that's it. Understand and i hope I helped a little bit.
