It will not grow back thicker, but it will be more painful and take a lot longer to tweeze than to wax. If you do choose to tweeze, you may want to use a numbing gel like Orajel (for toothaches). It will help to numb the area as you are tweezing. Be prepared for it to be red and you may have some ingrown hair bumps if you don't get the entire hair shaft out. Make sure you dab some antibiotic ointment on it after you are done to prevent any infection while your hair follicle is open. Good luck.

Tweezing it would probably take a while- it's also a pretty sensitive area. I would go to a nail salon and have them wax your upper lip- it will only take a few seconds and you'll be hair free for a month. It costs about 12 bucks.

It freaking hurts to tweeze it.
And no, it doesn't grow back thicker.
But since your upper lip is a very sensitive area, it really hurts.

Oh gosh girl please don't do that! That has to hurt so much.
PLEASE LISTEN TO ME lol! Go to Walgreens or Walmart and get that "bikini touch" electronic razor or one similar. It is very small and battery operated and works great with facial hair and it will get rid of your mustache in seconds. I use it on my eyebrows. If you don't know what kind of razor I am talking about just look up the bikini touch razor on yahoo. And FYI, hair never grows back thicker. I know this from Tyra's show, it just grows back darker so people THINK it's thicker.

First of all, it's going to take forever, it's going to be very painful and you will grow thick hairs. Don't do it!!!!! Listen to people who know about this. Use wax, hair remover or get facial hair threading. The end of it!

Do not tweeze it comes back thicker..I would suggest using Nair for facial hair and after 4-6 weeks it comes back softer and not thick.

Laser hair removal doesn't cost too much for one session. If you really want it gone, you should consider.
