He also said 'follow the law of the land' and 'the poor will always be with us..'
We don't need to pass judgment on whether they are good or bad, we just need to defend our children's education funds from being stretched to cover those who shouldn't be here.

Technically, you CAN (that word refers to ability to do something) judge anybody, anytime... BUT, I believe you shouldn't be too quick to judge. This, however, doesn't mean that I don't make responsible decisions about issues that come up (ie- don't let the child molester down the street take my kid out for ice cream; you borrowed $1000 from me last year and still owe it- I'm not loaning $1500 to you today). Live smart but don't forget to be kind! Incidentally, what Jesus said is, "Judge not that you be not judged."

I find it is true in most cases. As far as what Jesus said,it is a prophesy of your own judgement coming back at you. The bible says you will be judged by your own standards. This means that on the day God judges you, he will use the exact same standard you used on others during your life. For most people this means a very short trip down the chute to hell.

Those are sayings without any true data to back them up. I don't have to walk a hundred miles in your shoes to judge you. First and foremost, I do not have any right judging you, but I do have the right to express my opinion concerning your unlawful behavior which could and do reduce the benefits of others rights.

Totally true!!!
You cant judge someone of you dont know their story. Some people seem mean, but that is because they have been treated badly in the past, and they just reflect that.
You will always be surprise how different each person is from the other and how first impression can be totally wrong.

Read the bible. You will find that Jesus statement doesn't mean exactly what you think.
Murder, dishonesty, theft, rape, child molestation, etc. are bad things. I don't have to walk 100 miles in a molester's footsteps to know that molesting is evil.
The answer to your initial question is NO.

Yes I do because you can't make fun of someone until you've felt how they feel. You may be rich and have everything and that person may be poor and have nothing. You have to think about other peoples feelings before you make fun of them. Another expression everyone should know is don't judge a book by it's cover. To the person who just wrote that their shoes would be pinchy...I'm not to sure that you understand the consept of the statement. It doesn't mean that you grab their shoes and walk in them it means you live their life and feel the way they feel.
I hope this helped you and everyone reading out. Good luck!

if I walk a mile in his shoes and find that he/she is breaking laws and sneaking around hiding knowing full well what he/she is doing is against the rules, and only wants a more glamouris American life I would judge them with confidence!

We were all born with judgment. How else would we know what to like and dislike? How would we drive? How would we know what to spend money on? How would we know who to marry and love? Having a sense of judgment causes us to make decisions. Even if they are right, wrong, or indifferent.
And personally I prefer to wear my own shoes. I don't want my foot in someone else's stinky shoe.

Yes, it is true. We all judge but we don't know what being that person is like. We have forgotten Jesus's words and preach hatred to our fellow man.
