Decide what telling her will get you. If you think that she'll fall for you, dump her bf and start a new life with you then you're very mistaken. Unless she's felt the same way for you for ages, which I'm afraid isn't likely (nothing personal just you would have noticed by now, women aren't as good at hiding their emotions), then she'll either freak out or pretend that she's ok with it, tell her bf and you'll be lying on the ground in a bloody pulp.
Personally I wouldn't bother, tell someone else, don't keep it bottled up.

How is she getting along with her bf. If things are going well best to quiet. If things look a little rocky then maybe let her know that she doesn't have to stay with him for the sake of having a bf as their's some one else who loves her. But just remember she may value you more as a friend and doesn't want to ruin that relatioship.

Wait til she doesn't have a bf for goodness sake. you're just asking to be rejected if you do it whilst she's with someone.
When you get close to someone it can be hard, but even if she doesn't feel the same way, you might just spark something inside of her and stuff may happen. Im sure, if you handle it right, that you can stay friends whatever the outcome. But wait till she is single.

no she shouldnt freak out on you, she may feel kinda wierd about your friendship for a while, but she should be honest with you about how she feels.. and dont make her tell you what she feels, cause the will not turn out very good for your friend ship... so in the long run tell her and if it gets alittle muskey feeling, then change the conversation to prove that your not just her friend because of how you feel for her.. make it a point to tell her that you can always be friends, and you dont expect anything more, you just wanted to tell her about how you feel.. anyways i hope this kinda helps you with your question.

It's a hard one, the outcome is going to involve painful change, either she jumps at you and ditches the boyfriend, or she freaks and stays away from you, and your friendship ends.
Eventually you will have to do it, and except either outcome.

she has a bf so back off there are plenty of single women out there,cause if you attempt any thing with her,her bf will find out and trust me you wouldnt wanna be in that situation.just be friends it be alot easier.

i'm not sure if you should be using the term "freak out" but my suggestion to you is - do not go for her!
she already has a bf! respect their relationship.
if you "throw" yourself at her, you might lose her forever...

talk to her tell her how you feel but remember saying you love some one isn't to be taken lightly, you might like to start off with some thing like you think a lot about her and build it up to love good luck

Yes she will, you cannot expect her to drop her boyfriend just for you.
If you value your friendship, may be you should keep quite or you could lose her.
