There are no magic words. But there is the honest, down to earth, basic words that tell her how you feel.
Her personality, age, mood, background, all have an impact on what words to use.

walk up to her take her aside and just say it dude if she says shes not interested then move on if she's interested then hey well done.. just dont wait like a wet fish or she could find someone else...

well dont just come out and tell her until your sure she really likes you then you can just tel her smoothly like "you know i really like you, actually i love you" like that
