Nothing wrong in that... just shows you are a devoted and emotional person... it's a good thing... Happens to me too when I pray, or when I read the Holy Qur'an...

One of the most powerful ways that the Lord uses to minister to me personally, is through not only the preaching in church, but the wonderful MUSIC as well! It's also another reason why I start my day with praise music each and every day. Also, I always make sure I have several Kleenex handy during service, because I often get so touched by a beautiful song, and the Lord's special presence, that I cry too!
Edit:
One that makes me lift my hands in worship everytime is "It is WELL With My SOUL"
How I LOVE that glorious message!
PS. Baptist girl here...not a charismatic....

God is working in you. There are things deep in your spirit that the Holy Spirit is working with. They may be deep wounds that you don't realize. Just let God work in you.
Sometimes I will cry or grieve in my spirit if someone else is hurting or I am grieving the Holy Spirit my self. So, to know exactly why, you need to have personal prayer time with the Lord. Ask God without doubting. Be specific and He will give you understanding.
It could be possible you are at the wrong church also. The Holy Spirit will grieve if we are trying to abide in an unchristian church or doctrine. Because that is a sin. I had to toss out a mormon book, apocryphal writings, etc. because Jesus hates false doctrines. Read Revelation to the 7 churches.

Tears don't necessarily come from guilt. They come from all kinds of emotion. When you begin to cry during the music, it is because the song has touched your emotions in some way. It's not a bad thing. I pretty much always cry when I pray and often when I sing. It's a little embarrassing, but beyond my control. I've given my embarrassment about it over to the Lord, and I always carry Kleenex.

I am that way sometimes. For example in the song So Send I You it ends with "Well done my faithful servant, come share my throne, my kingdom and my crown." I think it is just because you realize that someone loves you so much to die for you. Maybe its just the fact that you can praise God, the creater of Heaven and Earth. The part about you feeling guilty, there is a reason to feel guilty, we are sinners, not because we want to be a bad person, but because of Adam. The guilt could be that a Jesus, who had no sin, died for you and that you continue to sin.

Sounds like the music is putting you in an emotional state. They design the music specifically to do that, with the tones and the tempo and the way the music is sung. It gets old after a while to manipulated in this way.
My church does not manipulate people in this manner because they realize that emotionalism does not get you closer to God. Those we call Saints, lived a holy life, and weren't prone to any kind of emotionalism. But, they did have peace, which goes beyond emotionalism actually. So, our music will not entice you, or make you do anything, but it is very holy. It is Byzantine Chant, one of the oldest styles of Christian music.
Christian music must not encourage any kind of passion, and bring you into experiencing God. Not egocentric like many modern styles of music is, where they entice you to experience something. Also the music must not be hypnotic, as to lull somoene into any kind of percieved spiritual experience. <<

What you are feeling is normal. Even christian music can bring out feelings, emotions and memories just like secular music. We often feel safer to let out our responses in church.
Core beliefs are the strongest of emotions. These emotions move us in ways that we can not predict. My Grandfather's fave song was "He lives", but my Gf died when I was a little girl of 8. I still get chills and tears when I sing and or hear the song(I'm 45)!

In your question you mention "feel guilty" "terrible secrets" so if these feeling do not accrue, it may just be the music it self.
It happens to me when I'm at a parade and the bands are playing the sound of the drums will bring tears, don't know why

Same thing happens to me sometimes. The only reason that happens to me is cause i feel overwhelmed with joy everytime i hear spiritual songs at my church; it's like this pressure that overwhelms me during the song play. So don't feel guilty cause i deal with it too, i always fight back tears cause i don't want anyone seeing my cry lol.

No,you are fine. Its ok!Actually, its a good thing that you feel so passionate about your beliefs!I cry at church because of the burdens I have received.I always feel guilty for the suffering of family and friends even though I may have nothing to do with it.Going to church kind of brings it back up.
