You are not giving much informations but I guess you have been in a relationship that turned out wrong for you. You may have been abused and taken for granted, or taken advantage of. The best thing to do in cases like these is to regain control of your emotions, leave the past behind and move ahead with the lesson that has been learned from the experience.
Remember dear Heart; one has to love oneself first and then be able to understand and share this wonderful and priceless feeling with others.
Don't seek love for the sake of love itself but to be happy and share your love with everything in the universe!
