GOsh...this is a tricky one......i am an advance user of computer but i have never come across of uninstalling an update from a software....
The only possible way is to uninstall the software completely and try installing it again with the cd or the location you had it from...

You may have to uninstall the product and reinstall the ersion you want.
You should use Windows System Restore and set a Restore Point before and upgrades. This will make it easier to go back.

you could use sytem restore.
of uninstall the program (listed above) BUT when you reinstall it, make sure that you ahve deleted 'Itunes libray.itl' (should be in my music file) so that you can reinstall it afterwards

Use System Restore. Click start, programs, assessories, system tools, system restore, back date any previoius day and restore back.
