I notice that whenever I eat unhealthy food, this happens to me. Try to eat healthier and see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't, go to your doctor.

I have recently been experiencing similar symptoms following eating anything. I actually went to see my doctor today (after suffering for three and a half weeks) and he believes that I may have acid reflux, so he prescribed me Nexium. He told me to take it and that if I didn't feel much better by mid-week, that he would do further testing to see if I could possibly have an ulcer.

I don't know if you are also experiencing any of the other following symtoms, but these could also be symtoms of acid reflux or a possible ulcer (you may want to go see your doctor if you have any of these additional symtoms):
- Unusual bowel movements...going from being constipated to having diarrhea in the same day
- An unusual amount of gas, both burping and flatulance
- Stomach bloating and cramping
- Burning sensation from your abdomen to under your rib cage or all the way to your esophagus
- Extreme nausea (with or without vomiting)
- More tired and sluggish than usual

Typically, if you have a gastric ulcer, your stomach will feel better until it's empty. However, if you ate something spicey, it can exacerbate the irritation. It's possible that you have gastritis. It will cause stomach pain and esophageal irritation; possibly diarrhea. Now, you really should go to the doctor and you can possibly get rid of this problem with medication. In the meantime, limit your saturated fats, spices, salty foods and alcohol. In other words, use a bland diet until you can get to a doctor. You can try over the counter meds, but I still think your best bet seeing the doctor. Hope you feel better; godloveya.
