No, I don't think that it makes any difference, and if it did it seems logical that people with small noses would snore the loudest. A lot of times, snoring has more to do with the way a person is laying, if they have a cold or allergies, or if they're considerably overweight (as that may lead to sleep apnea).
Big noses tend to mean big nasal passages, which lets the person take in a larger volume of air. Even if that person is somewhat congested, it takes more mucous to stuff up a large nose than a small one.

You need to have a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea. If you do, it can be a big deal in terms of keeping enough air coming in while you sleep. Snoring loudly with your mouth open indicates that your tongue is sliding back in your throat and is blocking the easy passage of air.
