Lay your morality aside and it will appeal to his base fleshly nature if that's the kind of character he is. Expect it to work on him in the same fashion if you marry him and some other floozie "flirts" with him.
OR, you could show integrity, modesty, sobriety, shamefacedness, meekness, a quiet spirit, and be a woman whose price is far above rubies and thus attract a man of solid character and moral fiber.

just walk by him whenever you see him and wave before you cross him, then meet up with a friend after he waves back, then you two just giggle and chat. once you think he's not looking at you anymore turn back and smile. (this is after you've really met him and talked before-casually)
