based on your responses to other questions, you are presenting yourself as a very angry person wanting an excuse to blow up. first by responding to questions with rude and sarcastic answeres and second by asking questions meant to provoke folks into calling you names. Are you really angry or just in need of some attention. either way..... consider getting some help in finding a safe and sane means of resolving whatever is really bugging you.
Hope you find some kindness in your life.
if you feel like no one understands you or you are being picked on .... remember people respond in the same manner that they are approached.

You don't have to buy a Blind cat you could adopt one from the blue cross they have many cats needing homes. you could also contact the RSPCA.
The third option is to post questions you are serious about and get some constructive answers.

I'm not sure what shelters you have!? look into them and see if they can help! you can also look into local rescue group! if you have a human society, they can help you find one!! not sure why you would want to buy a blind cat??? hope your intentions are good!!!!!!

buy one that can see then arc weld in front of it!!!
