It does limit things with most guys, but the guys that have issues with that are NOT worth your time. Notice that I use the word "guys" and not "men". Men don't run away.
I've dated single mothers before, and I've never had problems with it. In fact, I've gotten along great with their kids. And even though the relationships didn't work out, it had nothing to do with their kids.
Keep your chin up. He's out there. No worries.

It's hard to find a man whether you have kids or not. Having a kid does limit them, but the man isn't worth having you if he doesn't accept them.

Yeah that is going to hurt it...I am sure you can find plenty of men who want to give you a hit and run, scumbags, but you need to worry about your kid and not you, but I am sure you know that already...
But many wont actually date moms...I am one of them, love kids but cant raise some other dudes at this point in my life, plus with an ex that has to be in your life as much as this situation entails, that is jail time waiting to happen...

Maybe it is just that you are seeing your kid as a limitation instead of as your kid. I took my child everywhere with me. To the park, to watch football, to see a summer baseball game. To church. You just ned to put yourself out there so everyone sees that there are two in your package. There are alot of good and decent men out there that don't mind you having children

Having a kid shouldn't make a difference. I have dated several ladies that had kids. Keep looking, you will find a nice guy.

Your first mistake is to blame it on your kid.
Maybe you should read Christian Carter's "catch him and keep him" newsletter. He talks about all of the common mistakes women make with men and relationships, and they ways we set ourselves up for failure. He gives a lot of insight into the male brain, and makes men easier to understand. www.catchhimandkeephim.com
