I have been in a similar situation like this not to long ago. My best friend brought over a really kind hearted friend of his. He and I hit it off really well. After he left I told our friend that I really thought he was awesome and he said that he thought the same thing. Well he called and we hung out now we are getting married June 23, 2007. In my opinion always let the guy make the first move it may be very little but always make sure to let him make the first move and then see where it leads from there. Give him your number and see if he calls you.

He totally likes you!!! If he is being shy, I would definitely go for it. Most likely he isn't going to make the first move because of his shyness. You should definitely ask him first since it will give you a better place in your relationship. I would suggest asking him to a movie or a party to start it off. This way he doesn't feel uncomfortable being by himself with you and vice versa. I would not recommend asking him if he likes you because you already know. Also, I wouldn't tell him straight up that you like him. He probably already knows if your "seriously flirting with him." Instead, ask him out. This is the best way to get all of the answers to your questions. Good Luck and go get him girl!!!

It is obvious, that yes, he likes you. He is doing it right by asking about you and your interests. You just need to start asking about the things he likes. Hobbies, shows, anything of this nature. When he reveals something you like too, well that is when people become more comfortable with each other. What is this "Do I make the first move" stuff. Yes, if you are that desperate and want to blow his opinion of you. He is a person worthy of the respect of getting to know. Are you? Do it right.

"what does this mean?"

It means that he likes you.

"Does he like me?"

Yes.

"Do i need to make the first move?"

That's up to you. I would say no, let him make the first move.

"Is he going to make the first move?"

That depends on what type of guy he is. If he's going to deny or hide his feelings, then no he won't. If he's cool about it then he will. If he hasn't done it yet, he probably won't do it anytime soon. He may eventually.

"What do i do?"

Just keep doing what you're doing. You could tell him about it and demand a response from him but it may scare him.

"Do i need to tall him strit up that i like him?"

That would work, yes. But if he hasn't admitted it yet, it'll probably scare him.

"Do i ask him if he likes me?"

You should've done that from the start but it won't harm asking twice.

It means he doesn't like you. If he liked you, he would have asked you out by now. Why would a guy who likes you, neglect to ask you out on a date? Doesn't make sense, does it?

Ignore him and see if he realizes how he blew it. He might step it up.

If he's shy around you then it's a sign that he probably likes you. He may just be too shy to make a move though. Don't be afraid to make the first move yourself though! He will probably be really flattered.

He might be shy. He might be kinda interested but not know if he wants to ask you out. I used to be real shy but I found that the girls who chased me ended up being toooo dominating. I had to learn to be aggressive. I think girls need an aggressive guy and the girls who went after me because I was the "shy" guy always ended up expecting me to come out of my shell and be a man. And I always hated their domineering attitude. He really needs to come out of his shell if he's to make this work.
