my belly area gets HUGE for no reason..... and spleen kinda feels tender..........

how do you know it is your spleen????????????????go see a doctor.

There are lots of things in your abdomen that can swell, what makes you think it's your speen? Have you been diagnosed with a condition relating to your spleen? How do you know that your spleen is the one hurting? There's something called "referred pain" which means that just because you are hurting in a specific area, does not necessarily mean that there is something wrong with that area. Due to how nerves innervate, the pain could actually be from a different part of your body entirely.
It would be best to see your doctor to get checked out, for sure.

go see a doctor!!!!!! this has happened before?! it's probably infected, and needs to be removed.
